Pacific Trust has access to a wide range of financial resources and contacts in the industry cultivated over the past 15 years. These include money managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, brokerage houses, banks, legal, tax and insurance services. Experience on the trading side of the industry gives the firm a key understanding of market mechanisms that many firms simply do not have.

Pacific Trust’s advice always aims to be objective and focused on your best interests. PTWM does not offer any products or accept commissions, soft dollar arrangements, or fee sharing agreements from any outside firm.  The firm does not employ salespeople, and the firm is compensated solely on the level of service delivered. The firm aims to be completely conflict-free. The client always comes first.

Fees are typically quarterly fixed fees, which are based on the amount of assets being managed and services provided.

Pacific Trust Wealth Management is owned solely by the founder; there are no outside owners of the firm. Because of this, there are no external forces to create earnings pressure- which allows the firm to do what is right for the client. This is also vitally important to keeping complete and total confidentiality. Mark Lechler, a registered financial planner in California is currently the sole employee of PTWM.
